As the title suggests, yes.. they’re on fire!!! I’m applying ice regularly and I’m taking iboprofen and paracetamol.. They’re just so hot under the strapping! I get my strapping off on Thursday but do you have any advice for cooling them down? Can I keep ice on for long periods? xxx
I’m having the same issue! Think it’s just the swelling hun, I’ve rung the nurse this morning she said keep the ice on as much as you like and stay rested and try to keep cool. She said its nothing to worry about xxx
@e-rigden @amy03 Hi girls, thank you for advice. The nurse has phoned me this morning as Head Office saw my post and were concerned. It’s good to see that they are still looking out for me 🙂 The nurse said to keep ice on and keep taking iboprofen. She’s brought my strapping removal forward so it’ll be off tomorrow instead!!! 🙂 At least if there is something wrong, we can see from there. Can’t fault MYA at the moment. Really happy with them xxx
