    Hi girls,

As above. I had unders and can’t wear a bra for first four weeks which I’m sure isn’t helping but just wondered if I should still be sore now?

Not awful pain and not always taking pain killers but am aware of them 24-7!

    Thanks xx

Hi Sarah I think it’s still early days for u hun. Although my left boob healed pretty fast,my right one was sore until about week 5 where I was consciously aware of it. I’m nearly 7 weeks po now and today is the first time I have been able to hold my 8 month old son on top of my boobs without it feeling uncomfortable. When I have been picking him up I’ve had to keep him to the side on my hip as they felt sore. I also still have mornings where they feel tender off lying on my side overnight although this is gradually getting better. Give it time and u will see an improvement. x
