boobs being lifted with just a ba??

Hi there im having ba in sept and 1 thing that niggles me is when i saw mr adamo as my boobs are bit saggy as kiddies and empty with weight loss he said in order to fill them bk up as at mo a c cup to go bigger with implant size and high profile ive been offered 460 or 525 this will fill up skin and also he said will give them a degree of lift as he said my nipple will appear higher i guess once the tops filled out the breast does like more fuller and higher..is this correct??/ xx

hey cb, im worried about this too as i have no volume to the top of my boobs at all and my nipples are quite low, this is due to weight loss. i was a D and now an empty b.

i asked my surgeon about 410 and 460 and he said the 410 wouldnt fill my breast skin enough for it to lift, but the 460 would fill it out and lift it up, he put the implant on my breast in the mirror and showed how it would lift.

im still worried about my nipple being quite low but my surgeon said i would get a good look so im happy with that.

i have my pre op today with the nurse and im going to request to order 525 as well as 460 so my surgeon can speak to me about them both on the op day!

hi ladies, i was in the same position but it does work, i have a before and after pic if you would like them emailing, i was a very empty and saggy 34b and now i’m a very full 34D/DD i had 410 implants xx

Hi Girls i have also been worried about this, my pc amy said that if your nipple is above the crease of you boob your nipple will be nice and not point down as this is something i am worried about to, Leigh87 i have spoke to so many people on here and their email address are not the same, did you send me your pics yesterday? if this was not you can i see your pics as trying to get to look at as many as possible cos i think seeing the real thing really helps. lublu74@googlemail.com x

hi ppl i saw mr adamo yesterday and he suggested 525s only which i was shocked by but i think im goin to have 460s as my other half said 525s looked silly from the side wen we did the water bag thing. Im only a 34a at the mo and mr adamo said that 525s would lift them up and go to a dd minimum which is wat im worried about coz i dont really want to go above a dd as im only 5ft 2 and a size 10 i would look too top heavy. got it thanks and uve defo helped with my decision ur not much taller than me so im defo not havin 525s im actually rethinkin the 460s too coz urs look fine not too big or too small so might even have 410s yet! Oh decisions decisions eh? lol thanks leigh xx

I am also worried as Dr Traynor suggested I should consider a lift but although my boobs do sag downwards they are not THAT saggy I dont think, im only 24 and have had 2 kids so who would expect them to be perfectly pert? I am 36/38C at mo and having 340 overs which would hopefully take me to a nice 36-38DD which I think will look fine on my frame (Size 10-12, 5ft 2″ im still carrying some baby weight though as only 12wks post natal am hoping to closer to a 10 than a 12 by oct and around 8st 10!)

Any advice – do u girls think the BA will lift it a little?

hi just thought i’d send a little post to this as i’ve seen it so many times where girls opt for larger implant instead of lift then a few months down line aren’t happy as there new boobs are now sagging, having a larger implant usually makes the sagging worse later meaning ya gonna need a re-op and more money!! which i’am sure ya surgeons would tell you this, i think if ya told ya need a lift then go for it it may be more money and more scars but i’ve seen loads of pics and there really good janey h on here had an uplift and hers look really good good luck anyway i know it’s a personal choice just don’t rush in to it xx sam xx

I was told by my surgeon that a bigger implant doesn’t always mean that they will lift as the larger implants wiegh more and eventually the wieght will pull the boob down. Al surgeons are different though, im sure he has given you the best advice xx
