boobs feeling detached

does anyone know when your boobs start to feel like part of you when ever i move my arms or bend over it feels like they are detaching themselves ,rubbing and moving against my ribs really strange im 10 days post op and really want them to feel ok again.

will they feel softer than this soon aswell

Hi Lisa I remember the feeling my boobs felt like they were going to fall off lol Im 3 months post op now there still numb underneath but have dropped and creased the detatched feeling for me went at 2 months xxxx

Same here, they felt like they were going to fall off when I took off my bra lol It goes hun, I think it was about 6-8 weeks….I’m 14 weeks p.o now and they feel like Ive had them forever!x

arrrgh hun feel d same, im 2wks post op n feel like wen i take my bra off der gona fall out from underneath lol, u feel like u need to hold on 2 dem 4 dear life lol, Kezza 6-8wks o shit cant be feeling like dat 4 another 6wks il b bouncin off d walls lol xx

lol it gets better but it was about that long til I felt they were part of me…I just wore a bra 24/7 ..it was like my comfort blanket!x

me too ha then one day they were fine lol Im sure it was round 6-8 week mark xx

glad its not just me then cant wait to get past the 2 month mark xx

You can feel them moving against your ribs? I’m so glad I didn’t have that, I’d freak x

i am 3 weeks post op, still hold on to them when i get up from bed, although the pain is definately not as bad. I got into a habit of holding them just in case.

lol, wat r we all like weve been moaning to get a BA n wen weve had it were all still Friggin Moaning lol, im sure they will all be worth it in d end girls, 6months from now we will 4get everything we went throu, n wel b laughing on here bout it all xxxx

royle you are so right,lol,but its scary stuff when its happening,i think the biggest fear is you have come so far,what if something goes wrong,this forum is a godsend,at least you can relate to people with the same feelings and know its part of the healing process,xxx

I feel the exact same ! Like they are going to fall out – or there not attached to me , its so strange I hate sitting up in the morning as it does hurt abit ! And the worry that they are going to pop out lol xxx

my left one feels like that too i am 3 weeks post op x
