hey girls was just wandering if anyone has had any sort of reaction to uv light from sunbeds and sunlight, since ive started going back on the sunbeds and sunbathing i’ve developed red spots on my chest, they look like they are under the skin, kinda like freckles but red in colour, blood spots kinda, any ideas what they could be??? i seem to be getting more on my left boob which is the bigger one than my right xx

Hiya hun :) I wanted to know if you could use sunbeds after ur op as I love them! I’ve been told by my PO that when I go on holidays I need to buy a bikini that will cover my scars well as no sunlight should get to them in the next year in order for the scars to fade nice. I’m guessin this goes for sunbeds too but not 100% sure, just cover your scars next time you have a sunbed. x x x

As for the red dots I would ask a nurse about it x x

Thanks for info Nikki. I have decided to do a lastminute getaway to the sun next week, so will need to keep them covered up I guess?!! Will use 50+ on scars, but not sure what to do with the boobs themselves,…are they likely to get proper frazzled?!! A little scary taking the puppies away for a week in the sun, even though im almost 9 weeks p/o.

just the scars you need to keep covered, but your boobs are sensitive because the skin has been stretched for a while after you have them done, i dont tend to burn but i burnt mine the weekend after just a couple of hours in the sun xx
