I am getting super organised befor my op on 15th september…I’m bursting with excitement!!!

I started my booby shop this weekend, picked up a few bits, but what do you girls recommend on the essential i need…what couldnt you live without???

    I have bought so far:
2 of the £2.50 sports bra’s from primark
some easy vest tops i can step in to
leggings & pj bottoms for chilling

I am just about to order my macom & i’m going to get a V pillow

I want the M&S zip up sports bra but what back size do you think i should get? i’m a 30/32C at the minute & hoping to be an E or F was thinking of getting both & taking 1 back but should i get a 32 or 34?

Also buttoned up tops what a nightmare i cant find anything!!! What clothes do you or did you live in at 1st at the minute i cant see me out of a hoody but i will probably have to make an appearance in public 5 days post op to work to check up on things the clothing situation is stressing me out haha.

Any tips would be appreciated ladies xxx

Get a back size bigger than you normally wear and a cup size smaller it needs to be super tight! I lived in maxi dresses easy to get on skinny jeans are a pain! Oh and front zip sports bra is a must £8 from asda is my favourite I have the £22 M&S one too but the asda one is way more comfy x

Yes I was terrified to undo it as I knew would be painful getting it done back up! This is why I prefer my asda one

I Found The M&S Sports Bras Super Small With Regards Too Back Size Not Sure If I’m The Only One But Thankgod I Tried It On Before I Brought It Always Been A 34 Back But Could Hardly Manage Too Do It Up So Went 36 Just Too Be Safe Lol Just Try On The Size You Plan To Be With The Back Size You Are Now That’s What I Did & No Way Was It Comfortable & I’m Not Even Pre Op Yet So Can’t Imagine Being Able Too Squeeze Into That First Thing After Surgery So Went For The Next Size Up 🙂 xx

Wet wipes as you can’t shower is a must and a leg wax before you go in!

I will be buying all sorts just for an excuse to shop haha!
Here are a few things you don’t have listed that may be good lol.
-Dressing gown – You need to be comfortable right?
    – Fluffy bed socks- See above reasoning haha.
-Plenty of fluffy pillows as you will spend time propped up in bed.
