Book hotel or wait?

My BA is in 5 weeks and trying to get organised. Will be staying in a hotel but don’t know if I should book it now or wait till after my pre op with the nurse which is on 14th feb just incase?

I would say wait for now, if your op is on a weekday then it should be fairly easy to book a hotel even a week before. Even then…Highgate isn’t exactly a busy area! xx

Yea that’s what I’m thinking. I’ll book the train as it’s £5.00 each way so I’m not bothered about losing that. I’m going to fitzroy but there is a travelodge really close that is quite cheap , I know it sounds tight but I’d rather spend the money on new underwear

id wait hun, i was lucky as i rang up the hotel i stopped at after looking online, and they quoted me more for the room, so i said no its ok i’ll book online, and low and behold i got a price cheaper then online, so i was glad i waited xx

Is there no-one to drive you, or can’t you take a cab on the way back? Because I don’t think they will allow you to go back on public transport, in the info pack I was given after my pre op it said that you’re not allowed I don’t think you would want to anyway…you’ll be exhausted from surgery. xx

Oooo that’s a good point, I live in Birmingham so maybe i need to ask my dad to fetch us. I did worry incase some one bumps into me getting on or off the train lol

Wait incase they suddenly change the date and location of your op a few days before it
