Booked in 18th Nov with Mr Kazzazi. Don't no which implant to choose!

Hi Ive just booked in for surgery on 18th nov with Mr Kazzazi.

He has given 2 size implants that will look best, 340 & 380!

I don’t no which to choose. I don’t want massive noticeable fake boobs but he recommended going for the bigger as lots of ladies wish this after the operation!

Help please!

I want a natural looking bust so thinking the smaller size but Jayne my pc said the difference in implant is probably a table spoon full of silicone. (or that’s what I’m sure I herd her say)

Any of u ladies got the same dilemma???? X x X

go for the biggest offered hun, theres hardly any diffrence in the 2 sizes, no one ever regrets going for the biggest xx

Yep, I was offered 410 and 460’s by Mr K, I tried both sizes in my bra together, before my op and there was only a teeny difference. Go for the bigger size, you soon get used to them x

the 340 is 11.5cm in diamiter and 5.0cm projection the 380 is 11.7cm diameter and 5.3 projection soo u r talking millimeters different hun, but obv all over the implant xx

Ye that’s what he recommended too. But when he held the implants on my boobs the 340 left a bit of skin at the bottom which made me think will it look more natural. Where as the 380 covered my boob perfectly & I’m just scared this will give me the more fake look as my skin is guna be stretched to the max! Suppose he no’s best tho, I did tell him I’d like to look a C so think I’ll end up leaving it in his capable hands on the day x

if u only wanna b a c go for the 340, i asked for a large c and am havin 300 xx

Im currently a 32a & I asked Jayne why my sister who was a B post op has a DD by having 300’s & she said its because she already had breast tissue so the implant adds to the tissue where as I haven’t really got a lot of tissue so my boob will just be full of implant that’s why I would need bigger implant.

Such a hard decision but by the sounds of it there’s hardly any difference any way so don’t no why am stressing He’s the specialist! X

yeah well im a 34a, (large back) no boob at all, ive been offered unders, i was stressing between 260 and 300 but the found out there was like 1cm difference lol xx

Think it’s the biggest then just hope I don’t look like am guna topple over ha ha ha. X

Woohoo, no you’ll love them, at least you won’t have any regrets about not having gone bigger, and it is a verrry minor difference.xx

Yes of course I’m 5 ft 9, 9 stone, size 8 in clothes with very small boobies but not for long x

aww yeah i thin the 380s will look fine on u hun, and if u asked for a naturla look they wont recommend that size,, im 5f5 7stone 11 said i want natural and was also offerred 340 but ruled that out soo goin for the 300 xx

I was more scared about getting my boobs out to surgeon than the thought of the actual operation x

The bigger the better honey, you won’t regret it x

I had surgery with Mr kazzazi and he is a amazing surgeon. I had 380cc and I was also wanting the most natural looking out come. I would go for the larger size because like your pc says there is really not that much difference and they do seem to settle in with time. Going under the muscle will give you a more natural shape.
