hi Lori-lou, i had 380 overs and went from a b cup to an e cup, so i’m sure you’ll end up with at least a d If you want to send me a message on Sofem, just search my username which is tammy1236 and i will send you my password. Mr Adamo is fab and overs look natural if you have enough breast tissue to cover the implant, if not then unders are best. You can trust what ever Mr Adamo has recommended for you xx

im a 32 a- small b atm…ive just seen 1 lady’s who had 410 cc overs n they actually look really natural so thats reassured me! yh i would rather have overs if they will look natural! think i’m settled with overs now i was soo confused yesterday! i just hope 380 cc is big enough i want a D x

lori_lou – overs give u a more natural look than unders if your able to have overs id definatley go for overs because the recovery time is quicker also & they look great. what size are you at the moment? xx

i’m 5’2″ and a 34 small B . has anyone had 380 overs that they can show me as i’m a bit clueless as to how they will look & wether i’m choosing the right size. I would like to be a D/ DD.

thats great thanks! i’m back at work after 8 days, also office based. i’m planning on not leaving the house for a week after also! ive never had GA before either. thats what i was nervous about. you’ve made me feel loads better! what are your scars like now? also do you have any pics i can look at? thanks for the advice xx

hi Lucy, well i was a bit nervous about having a GA as i had never had one before, but all the nurses were so nice at Highgate, and it was over and done with so quickly! I only took pain killers for the first day, and then didn’t need any. I had no pain, it was just discomfort really. The first week is the most uncomfortable, as you feel achey and i found it difficult to get comfortable in bed and suffered with back ache!
I went back to work at 8 days post op(office work) and drove myself (only 10 mins up the road). At 9 days I had a wedding to go to, and felt great – although i struggled to get into my dress! Boobs started getting softer at around 2/3 weeks. Flew to New York for a holiday at 10 weeks, felt great!
You just need to be sensible, and don’t over do it, so you can recover quicker. I never left the house for the first 6 days, and just rested.

thats why i think i’m going for the 380s because i dont want to regret not going big enough!! i just met mr traynor. are you going to see any of the others? with the rice test do u put 380g of rice in a bag? xx

i’m 5ft 5. im torn between the 340 and 380! if i get the 340s and they aren’t that big i’ll wish i went for the 380s but then i dont want them huge!! i mite do the rice test to see what it might look like did you meet with any other mya surgeons or just mr traynor?? x

he did the same with me i had to ask wether it was over or under but he said over which i’m glad about because you heal faster with it over. i chose him because i had consultations at harley & transform but he was the better out of the 3 and the company was better aswell. ive only read good stuff about him on forums aswell. i booked my procedure last year but had to change the date a few times due to work, but im sure if you book it you could have it in a few weeks if you wanted to? how tall are you? i said i wanted to be a dd and he offered me 380, 410 or 5somethin. but he said because im only short the bigger i go the bigger i will look. so im also confused as to what size to go?! xx

Hi, I had a meeting with Dr Traynor a couple of days ago and was just wondering what made you choose him? He never mentioned whether he thought I would have overs or unders but offered me 300, 340 and 380cc implants, I’m an a/b now and want to be atleast a D, so I don’t know which ones to go for!! When did you book your procedure? Im just wondering how long it might take from me saying yes i’l go for it and me actually having it done x x

Im booked to have 380cc overs too in may with Dr adamo, im currently a small 34b too and i have been told it should take me to a D cup at the very least. Im so excited 4 weeks to go today. went for my pre op yesterday and went through all the dos.and donts. i was told not to take arnica and to stop taking the pill 2 weeks before, have you been told this. You should try the rice boobs, they will give you a good idea of what they will look like xx
