Booked my Surgery…and paid my deposit…

Hi everyone, paid my deposit and booked my surgery for the date I wanted.

I need to tell my Mum, tried to approach the subject then but she was fairly negative about the whole thing. She is coming with me to meet the surgeon – Helena for the first time.

When should I tell her?

Apart from that i’m so excited, it doesn’t seem real!xxx

I’m 39 and have a 2 yr old daughter and I was still worried about telling my parents!!! The are very protective and very strict. But Mum took it really well and I’m having my op done in Glasgow (although I live in Kent) as mum wanted to ensure that I go all the rest I needed after the op.

I’m sure it will be a shock to them but thats only because they care.

arr congrats hun i paid mine yesterday too…..exciting aint it.

i am sure she will be fine with it hun like sharron said it may be a shock but at the end of the day they will want you to be happy xx

my mum does not agree with it but she said its my body and as long as i am happy thats all that matters xx
