Booking a consultation?? help!

Okay so i filled out an online form to book a free consultation at MYA Leeds, but i haven’t heard back from them yet, and it didn’t say how and when they would contact me, or ask when i wanted the consultation!

Is there anything else i need to do, like call them? Or shall i just wait?

Our Patient Care Team are open 8 – 8.30pm so you should have had a call back this morning if you filled the form in after 8.30pm.

I will look into this for you now.
