    starting a boot camp tomorrow to get my stomach flat, tone up abiot before my op on september 13th with mr C.

    Got to out this lazy day stage! anyone else tryin to loose bit of weight before there ops?

    any diet tips, penut butter on toast isnt doin me any good lol

    hey hun, im post op but i wanted to loose a stone in 5wks, im week to of rosemary conely solo slim, i dont have them every day but i make sure i count all my calories and dont have more 1100 a day. going gym 4/5 times a week and have lost half a stone in 2wks and i feel sooo much better! my stomach feels a lot flatter! im over the moon! :D its not been as hard as i thought it would either, found it really easy. xx

    Boot camp is wicked i did it 3 times a week lost loads of weight and toned up, just stuck to 1400 calories a day caloriecount.com is really good xx good luck x

    I would love too…as Itoo have my op on the 13th (Glasgow) but just cant seem to find the time. I’m not overweight but really need to tone. Still have a little flabby tummy after my daughter 2yrs ago.

    So any home tips of working out would be great (although she not a great sleeper and doesnt tend to go down till 9pm!)

    thanks girls, me to sharon, im only a size 12, only 19 not had any children, just love my food and cant stop eating, ud think id be starvin myself but i just cant stop eating. being so silly, at least ive got the will power to start this boot camp tomorrow, it onl;y runs once a week though, maybe il get a push i need to get down the gym which i still pay for an never go lol xx

    hi i agree with the calorie counters, its the best way to lose weight. i lost 2 stone in about 3 months after having my son taking me to a size 10/12, it also aided in my boobs looking more saggy due to the weigh loss. then i had my surgery. i still do it but not so strictly. i ate 1200 cals per day. another good website – myfitnesspal.com
