Hello, I’m going for breast surgery, and all three surgeons I’ve consulted with agree that all methods can be used on me. The implant can be placed under the muscle with or without a lift, or it can be placed on top of the muscle without lifting. Under the muscle, a maximum of 480cc can be used, while on top of the muscle, up to 700cc can be placed if desired. Since I have a large buttocks and strong thighs, I prefer larger breasts. Currently, I have scheduled the surgery for the end of October and plan to have 560cc implants placed on top of the muscle without a lift.

Reading this forum, some have regretted not undergoing a lift even though it was recommended. I personally like a natural-looking breast, and some sagging can be very sexy and appealing. But how significant can this sagging be? Would anyone who has not been satisfied with their decision not to have a breast lift, despite it being recommended, be willing to share photos of the results where they believe the breasts have sagged too much? I would be extremely grateful. Attached are a couple of photos of my current situation. I am currently a 36A.”

I hope this helps. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
