Botox for necklift?

I’m 29 years old. I’m pretty skinny. But I have double chin. It makes my side face look horrible in pictures. I was thinking to do a surgery, but I’m scared to go under the knife. I recently came across this article: http://www.thecentrefordermatology.com/blog/general-category/botox-can-solve-just-wrinkles/ which says Botox is used as a non-surgical approach fo neck lift. Is it true? Has anyone tried it?

I havent had it done but have seen you can get fat dissolving injections, i follow a few bloggers its worked well on. Its called ‘Kybella’ or ‘belkyra’ xx
