I don’t really know what bottoming out is but took some progress pics today and my left boob looks a funny shape. Feeling and looking underneath it feels like my implant has dropped and it’s distorting my breast. I can feel it the whole way round my incision also, where as I can’t on my other. I’ve attached 2 pics. Is this what bottoming out is? 🙁 my boob looks I funny shape because what I assume is the implant is at the bottom and then it goes in as it goes up to my actual breast tissue if that makes sense. So looks like the implant has fallen into the bottom of my boob. It’s making my scar a funny shape as well. I don’t know what to do. Advice please?xxx
If I was you I’d ring the clinic you’ve being going to, better to be safe 🙂 x
Maybe I’m just panicking for no reason but it’s only something I’ve noticed today where they’re dropping a bit more. Just looks a funny shape and I can push the implant in the whole way around my incision and it like clicks when I push it. Strange. But yeah I think I’ll call the clinic!xxx
Hi hun.. i can feel the bottom edge of my left implant and i can get my fingers behind it.. looks and sounds similar to what u have i will upload a pic on my profile so u can see what i mean if u like.. i got surgeons advice on this and they said its normal its just a imperfection because i have overs and obviously not enough breast tissue x
Just seen your message missy, thank you! Oh maybe that’s why then, because my left boob was a tiny bit smaller. I think mines almost the same as yours! Thank you for the message and pic. Reassuring to know it’s not just mine and is normal xxx
I did call the nurse and was told I’d get a call back but never did. I’ll try again on Monday xx
No problem hun.. its my smaller one that has that problem as well.. still get it checked just to be certain and put ur mind at rest x
