bra help needed- good thin/ clear back bras!

Dilema!!

I got a lipsy quontum dress as my xmas eve pressy from my bf!

Came today in post, however… since my BA I have permantly hard nipples and u cant really wear a bra as u can see the back strap,

Soo was wondering if any of u lovelies knew where I could get a bra go to hide my constant nipple on!!

My bf said he got mine from lipsy half price he had a look in when xmas shopping for his mam haha! I think he got me an xmas eve pressie as I keep trying to open all mine under the tree, bit of a decoy pressie!!
