Please help me, I’m going to get a macom bra but would like to have a few others! Duno what’s best I’ve heard asda sports bras are good, asda post surgery bra, marks and spencers etc. What do you lovely ladies recommend? Four weeks to go!

    Thanks!

    Char :)

Id say dont bother with the asda post surgery bra, mine hurt me straight after surgery and I had to wear cotton wool under the bra all the time, defo go for sports bras, im 13 months post op now

Plus only get the macom if you have money to to fizzle on one, theres really no need for one, many of us have coped without it. I’d 100% recommend lonsdale womens sports bras, really comfy

To be honest cheaper are better as you end up buying a few trying to get the best size and find one thats comfy. my best ones so far have been the 2 pk m and s sports bras.

    http://www.marksandspencer.com/Pack-Medium-Impact-Non-Wired-Sports/dp/B003VFRID8?ie=UTF8&ref=sr_1_5&nodeId=42966030&sr=1-5&qid=1330551432&pf_rd_r=0W6WFK6531GQ5VP9KJ8J&pf_rd_m=A2BO0OYVBKIQJM&pf_rd_t=301&pf_rd_i=0&pf_rd_p=215485807&pf_rd_s=center-3

and this one from m and s £14 but no seams so its so comfy. your nipples get sore on the seams of sports bras so use a round cotton wool pad on your nipple before they get a chance to get sore.

My pc today said to get a smooth sports bra with wide straps. Don’t want any seams and she said some surgeons are now not recommending the Macom as they apply too much pressure? I’m gunna have a look around on Friday. My ba is next Friday the 9th. I’m a 34a having 380cc unders so my pc said to get 34d and 34dd xx
