Bra measuring driving me crazy..

My new additions are now 11 days old. I had 345cc overs mid profile. Anyone helpme out with sizes please.

Bra size before (very empty 34c) got the Macom Medium size 34 lovely fit was not sure if i should have went for the small. Got some Asda low impact 34dd too big in the middle now the swelling has went down. tried different online calculators. under bust measures 30 fullest part 37, looking for shock absorber ???

Some of these sites tell you to add 4 inches for band size others say the size you measure sooo confused.Cannot get 32d sports bra asda/tesco.

Think you just need to try a load on. I measure differently wherever I go. Try them on and then get a fitter to check. If they really expensive then say you’ll think about it and go home and buy online. I have always worn shock absorbers but have just bought an ultra high impact sports bra from M&S for £20. It’s great. I was empty 34d and had uplift with 380 implant and got a 34e that fits perfectly!
