bra or no bra

hi girls looking for some advise, iam 12 days post op and was wondering if i have to wear my bra for bed as it is really bugging me at the moment

my surgeon advised i wear my sport bra for 6 weeks, i have a few hours off in the evening but all other times i have it on, its much more comfy sleeping with one on too xx

It depends what u have. I think if u have unders, you don’t wear a bra. But you should see ur surgeon and find out. X

Hey Nikki, when I got the paper work, they specifically told me not to wear sports bra and that it had to be support bra..

think they must tell everyone diffrent im guessing each surgeon must feel diffrent about the whole sports bra/ support bra debate, the nurse told me maximum support sports bra was fine xx

I had to wear a bra 24 hours a day for 6 weeks, I had unders too so it’s not a case of if you have unders you don’t have to, think it depends on the surgeon
