    Hi girls

I’ve had unders and I’ve read that some people who have had unders do not need to wear a sports bra? Is this true? The nurse told me I had to wear one all the time:cry:

    Hey joanne

I had my op on the 29th nov, so it’ll be 2 weeks this Sunday.

I find the sports bra really uncomfortable and restrictive especially at night.

I think I’ll give my pc a call tomorrow, see what she says

    xx

Thats what theyre paid for.. youll feel better once your mind is settled- im the worst worrier! i hate the dreaded sports bra its like a chastity belt for boobies!! and i agree at night its so uncomfy because your body swells slightly it becomes even tighter i wake up with an imprint!!! every couple of nights i wear a sports crop top for a bit of a break- its like heaven. my nurse did say when i sit to watch tv in the evening to take bra off for a rest from it as im just sitting there. how are u feeling otherwise? x
