Is it ok to stick with having the m n s/tesco bras post op..or is it a must to have the macom or a zip up? I was just going to stick with the M and S or Tescos now worrying I need to get Macom?? xxx

Which M and s one did you use hun? just any of the high impact non wired ones? do you recommend going up a back size for the swelling? Im currently a 34 A/B going to be around a D cup. Should I get 36 D? xx
ill find the link but yes go up a back size i brought a 32 and a 34, im normally a 32 but found it alittle tight…x
Ive brought the adsa ones in a bigger back size!! Might get an m and s one too!! My op is on Fri!! OMG! x
was told by sales assistant not to go for high impact?? x
I went to m&s the other day and bought these two bras, should have been £22.99, when I got to the checkout thy were £3.33!! My op isn’t for another 20 days but I’ve been wearing these bras with bags of rice in and they’re super comfy

Fab girlies thank-you xx My op is next Thurs 1st..eeek! x
oooo exciting hun… time will fly by now then… enjoy and dont forget the update…lol x
i hated my macom at 1st..felt wrong compressing them when they were healing in early days (couldnt even wear it anyways coz i was too swolen it was agony…also made of a material that feels like a brilo pad when u hav super sensitive nips lol) so my soft cotton cheapos felt so much more comfy…untill week 3ish i cud start to wear the macom without pain from being squashed in (exept the nips, had to put cotton pads in still at tht point) but it gave me much better support than the rest! and now im sooo glad i got it, its gr8 for sleeping in and if im doing any excersize or wotever i feel its really gd for my boobs now! im 6wks po and the material feels fine, no more coton pads! i wudnt say its a must have but im glad i got mine, will keep using it to sleep in and for excersize xx
