Bra shopping is not as much fun as i'd hoped :(

What a let down – I’m almost 5 weeks post op and got measured today (34DD which i am happy with) however, i tried a few on and they wouldn’t go near me neither would a 34E…Where is the best place to get an accurate measurment? I went to Contessa today and a few weeks ago La Senza (where i measured an E/F cup, but i ignored that one as I was only a few weeks post op) I really wanted to buy some bra’s but am still none the wiser as to my size…I know i sound like a whinging cow and i guess its not a major issue but any advice would be welcome xx

i recommend debhenams jo, i love the range called gorgeous, they for fuller busted women and the comfiest bras i have found xx

thanks nikki, i kinda had a feeling a DD wouldn’t fit me although that is the size i wanted to be (well a D cup actually) I’m gonna go to Debhenams on wednesday! My boobs look so much bigger without clothes, i had it in my head i could get measured and buy any bra i wanted lol…what a div xx

bra shopping is horrible, its the one thing i hate since having my ba, you have to try every bra on coz all bras fit diffrent its a pain xx

nightmare isnt it! also bikini shopping and jst general clothes shopping for tops n dresses drives me insane! im a different bra size most places i go! u jst av to keep tryin dif sizes in dif places hun, i got measured in debenhams tho and that was quite a good one cz they said 32/34F and im between 32F-34Es most places xx

It was horrible, i was so looking forward to shopping for nice bra’s! I tried on a size 16 bikini top too and it was too small!

Then I tried on a lovely strappy dress – and without a bra i felt paranoid

I guess i’ll just have to keep on trying different places, it was easier before i had my op!

Don’t go to la senza their sizes are way off! I am an E in there and only a C/D everywhere else. I just got some gorgeous new undies from H&M but Debenhams and m&s are good too and have loads of sizes x

I’m Defo gonna try every shop i can find! I can’t wait to ditch the sports bras – I’m gonna burn them lol! My mission this week is to buy loads of new bras thanks again xx
