Hi girls,
I saw Mr Aurakzai for my 4 week post op yesterday and was told I could now wear normal bras, yey!!! so off I went straight to the Metro Centre to get measured.
Couldn’t believe it when I went to La Senza and was measured as a 30F, this just seems crazy to me as i was tiny before and had relatively small implants, just thought I would give any girls choosing this size an inclination of what size they may turn out, although I do think La Senza bras must be very small fitting.
Just a quick question for anyone else with a small backsize, can you recommend anywhere I can look for 30 back that goes up to a e/f cup?? I really struggled in La Senza they literally had maybe 5 bras that came in my size. I actually ended up coming out with a 30f, a 30e and two 32dd’s haha, bra shopping seems like its gunna be just as stressful as when I had no boobs!!
Any advice much appreciated

hehe welcome to the world of big boobs and difficult bra shopping!
You will get used to trying lots of different bra’s on because they do fit differently in different shops and styles.
If your using la senxa try ordering online, any that you dont like/need you can take back for a refund at a store!
haha thanks jojo.
ooooh i might try that, am certainly not gunna start complaining though at least i have them now
xx
peaches1987- cool u are now allowed to buy normal bras…I saw my nurse for the 7 days check yesterday and I was told that we can wear bra, but not under wired not until after 3 months?
really keep, 3 months?? wow that seems like a long time. I was initially told by my nurse and patient coordinator that it would be at least 6 weeks but Mr A was very happy with how they had settled and said they were fixed in the right position now so that bras wouldnt harm the shape, I trust his advice obviously over anyone elses so thats what I’ve gone with.
who is your surgeon?? I would double check when you next see him cos he might think your ready sooner

peaches1987- Well, that is according to the nurse. I see Dr Adamo on the 30 Sept, I will be asking him then. To be honest, I am not too fussy if it will take 3 months for me not to wear under wired bra(although I prefer under wired). Not having any breast at first and suddenly having one now makes a whole lot of difference! How are your twins doing and you of course?
yeh it wasnt the worst thing in the world to wear non underwired bras but i was just really excited to buy lovely underwear after never being able to, am sure he will tell you that you can wear them sooner if you wanted to.
I’m great thanks, got all my movement back, no more pain just a bit sensitive still, I’m totally loving them
Hope you’re recovering well and your post op all went good, what size implants did you get? xx
hi there, tell me about it!!! i had my ba and uplift done nearly a year ago and i still have probs buying bra’s. I also had 340cc implants and now measure a 32e-f. I find Debenhams do sizes from a 30 back, but they are so expensive, same with 32 back, i am quite lucky as primark do the occassional 32e and f bra’s so i drop on sometimes. another thing you can do it look on ebay and just type in 30e or f and you,ll find loadsa ebay shops that stock small back but large cup sizes, there is also a bikini style ebay shop and they do bikinis and bra’s.
Anyway congrats your your new twins, and just get shopping and look online, as if you also check out la senza onling and marks n spencer you can get bra’s in the sales aswell. I got myself a 32f brand new wonder bra for 2 pound, i was buzzing ha ha XXXXX
ahhh thanks for the advice Janey I will look into those options, small girls obviously arent meant to have big boobs lol. Think I am defo gunna have a look out for some bargains

ive got all mine from there! xxx
peaches-Well, the nurse was right I believe…pain will get better each day that passes. I am slowly managing to lift my right arm with little pain now and for the first time slept better last night (meaning longer than 4 hours)! My stomach is not as swollen as last week and I’m also eating much better.
I had 380cc which I think and the nurse think would bring me to a D cup which I am actually aiming for. The twins are now softer. How long did you feel the tightness?
I would say after another week or so you should defo start feeling a lot less tight and be able to move normally, the only thing I continued to struggle with was driving which I found really painful until about 3 weeks post op. God I so know what you mean about the swollen stomach I looked like I had put on a stone overnight!!
Pleased to hear how well your doing though, prepare yourself to be a little larger cup wise though hun, I thought I would turn out a c/d and I’m a bloody F haha, wouldnt change them for the world though
xx
