bra sizes confuse me! how can 36DD be bigger than 34F?!

even tho im a FF-G i wear smaller bras to help with my big gap cleavage problem.. so i ordered a 36DD and a 34F, tried them both on with the 34F on the loosest hook and the 36DD on the tightest.. and i thought the cup size seemed way bigger on the DD so measured it and its over an inch bigger?! wtf!! doesnt even make sense x

its the back size hun a 36 will always have a bigger cup size than a 34 even if they were both dd’s or f’s. its something to do with the bigger back sizes having wider diamiter i think . i had an argument with a woman at work because shes like a 38dd and im a 32 and hoping for an e and she said il be bigger than here but theres not a chance haha !! a 38dd looks like a 32h or somthing !

Lol it’s weird ain’t it it’s coz for some reason the bigger the back band the bigger cup so like a 36dd has a bigger cup than a 34dd if you’ve been measured at a 34f that’s the correct size you should be wearing but even though you can “Fit’ into a 36dd when your boob s have settled I.e bit in the middle your boobs should look better in the 34f, a lot of women wear the wrong size bra but what you actually measure is the best fit and flatters your boobs the most! My friend is a dd but she also has 38c bras too! Lol xxxx

A 36DD should still only be equvilant to a 34E so it still shouldn’t be bigger than a 34F. I.e I got measured at marks n she said 32F but I can wear 34E coz the cup fits but the bans is but loose on ny back. I don’t no aysha r they made by sane brand xx

ino i thought that a 36DD shud be like an E not an F! yep both exact same Caprice bra same style n everything! its soo confusing y cant it be straight forward xx

It should be equvilant to an E its very strange spesh how they are same brand. Like pre op I coils wear 32b or 30c it defo only goes up a cupsize for each band size… Strange lol. I went bra shopping yesturday or try on rather and I was different size everywhere, its insane y can’t they just all be sane size xx

Ayshababy its so confusing !! I’ve been measured so many different sizes I’ve lost a stone and a half since my op and was measure at 6 weeks a 38 E now I’m a 36 F ! xx

yeah in a few shops the ladies said to me of u go down a band size u go up a cup size so I shud were a 30e or 32dd xx

ohhh this might explain why im only in a 36/38dd. ive spent loads on bras n i cant say ive got one thats fits perfect, need to be measured again i think, i like to wear a smaller bra to and 36dd is small and just fits my nipples in but makes them look huge so that il do lol xx

haha same here pinkykim! but i have such big nips they keep showing!! so had to start wearing Fs which dont look as WOW on x

lol crap aint it, i have big nipples to so they keep showing, the 38dd covers them better but is loose on the back. so annoying. never thought after having implants id still be wearing heavily padded bras. ive been ordering off asos alot because i subscribed to get free next day delivery for a year so wanna get my moneys worth lol, i got the wonderbra gel bra. xx

yeah thats right babbylou !! im the same if i cant get a 30f then i get a 32e sorry girls but pmsl on this one !!! they amount of times i have had 2 explain 2 my mates about this is nobodys business lol this has made my night thanks girls xxxxxx
