bra straps????

i am 11 days po got a macom and 2 sports bras the one is fine but the other ones shoulder straps seem loose ive tightened it all the way any suggestions why this is please?

Is it the sports bras you are having the problem with honey,are they both the same brand and size,xx

the sports bra the shoulder straps just wont tighten up enough does that mean the cup is too big the other sports bra i have is great no problems with that one and they are the same sizes but different makes x

Different makes will vary,they will not always be an exact size honey,I would take it back,say its not fit for purpose,ask them to change it,xxx
