Bra to uncomfortable

Hey Ladies,

I just recently had my op five days ago but am having trouble sleeping due to how uncomfortable my bra is. Super sleep deprived at the moment?

I have tried multiple bras but none seem to fit me properly as I can’t find one with a band small enough or it doesn’t come with adjustable straps.

I have been told by my surgeon I have to wear my bra at all times for the next four weeks but I’m honestly considering just taking it off tonight because it’s that uncomfortable ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which bra did you have?

I had terrible sleep because i was so bloated from all the meds that the band was digging in to me, I’ve basically just been and bought the m&s one but a band size up and it’s helped a lot xx

Hi Emma I had the same problem, my bra was so tight it was causing bruises. I went to Asda n bought a comfort bra for 6.00 n it’s lovely. No underwrite or seams n so comfortable to wear. I had my surgery last Friday 22 Feb xx
