Bra too tight.. In pain :( HELP

All my sports bras are too tight. It’s squeezing my breast really tight in my left boob is in a lot of pain and the nipples rubbing too. Wud it be okay of I slept without a sports bra for the night? My mums gonna go out and buy me some bigger ones 2mororf

Yeah def get a diff size hun. Mine feels really comfy, I went a back size up to accommodate for any swelling xx

I just slept with it on. Left boob still hurts but not. At bad as yday. Thanks though xx

Try a bigger back size for bed honey you will still be supported but more comfy,xxx
