did you have anything on them at all like any tape on your incisions? And was the dress tight? as I assume that would support them but I have a backless floaty top that would offer no support! x

No I had nothing on them at this point but even with small plasters on your incision i guess you would be ok. I had a right dress on but because the sports bras are so thick and bulky I had to go braless so you couldn’t see my straps of my bra. The dress pushed them up and supported them with it being tight I did need nipple covers tho! Maybe spend an hour or so at home with no bra on to see how comfortable you feel – if it’s only going to be for a few hours it will be fine xxx

Altho at 2 weeks my nipples were sooo sore and dry I had to actually sleep with no bra on to let them air a bit as they were starting to stick to my bra and when my bra pulled away the skin would come away and make them crack – gross I know!! But I slept bra-less so there was no support at all and my boobs are fine now. Xxx

okay thankyou, just wondering when its possible to wear this top but might leave it another week or so! I have a triumph triaction hybrid sports bra that sort of pushes them up, hope it doesn’t push them out of place, might be able to wear this under my dress for this weekend unless like you say, the straps are noticeable xxx
