Last night my 32GG bra felt really tight. Underwire was digging in. So half way through night I took it off half asleep. Still haven’t put a bra back on. Do u think I need to have one on? I’m so comfortable with out one on. Lol. I’m 7 weeks post op tomorrow. X

Unfortunately, it depends on what result you are looking for over time. Unfortunately us girls who have big boobs to start with with already a natural drop need to support them or they will become very pendulous very quickly!

In order to keep my boobs as up right as possible I have been advised to wear a supportive bra during the day and night. Even to wear a bra a size smaller at night to prevent my boobs sinking into my armpits! I’m going to follow their advise. But my suggestion is to a wear a non wired bra at night. You can even buy night bras that are comfortable and very supportive.

But as I said, it’s up to you the result you end up with :) they are looking fab btw :) xx

I haven’t been wearing my underwire for bed. Iv been wearing my MaCom but recently sold the MaCom so wore a bra last night. Getting a sports bra for bed today. I thought we was allowed to wear undewire!! Just not all the time an to take off it it’s starts to dig in…

You can do what you wish my love, braless or wireless everyday day all day if that’s what you want to do. I just know i’m ill be strict! Although all I want to do is walk around topless! Lol. Boyfriend is loving it! Ha.

Unfortunately, I can’t find any non under wire bras either! I’ve been looking for ages to find something that looks good. Only full cup ugly bras, it’s really annoying. The only thing I found in G cups that were remotely nice were nursing bras! If I find any ill be sure to let you know :) xx

Yeah cool. I’m all for following the advice given. But as I was told I could wear underwire from 6 weeks on I thought at 7 weeks post op I’d be ok to wear one.

I will carry on wearing MaCom for a bit longer if I’m uncomfortable.

Yeah exactly. I think you’ve just to to listen to your body at the end of the day. If you want to and it feels good then why the hell not! :)

Yeah I think that’s what I’ll do too. Although I will probably try wearing more supportive bras soon because I’m not so sure if the MaCom bra is giving enough support. Gotta look after these bad boys! :) I had a look for night bras and they basically look like the MaCom bras but cheaper so I’d stick to that for the night times xx
