Does any1 no the best sports bra /make /where to buy /cost. I have no idear what I’m looking for

I got a macom post surgery bra it was around £36, a zip up front m&s one it was £20 n a 2 pack of asda ones £7. And I’m 10days post op and can only wear the macom, it’s that comfy I ordered another so can wear 1 wash 1! U can get them online just google macom. I would really recommend getting a macom or 2. I have 2 macoms and the m&s zip up front sports bra and whilst its a good supportive bra…after a while i find it quite uncomfy and i definitely couldn’t sleep in it.

Macoms are so comfy and great to sleep in, even the nurse said they are the best ones to buy. They are expensive but worth the money and if you enter “mybreast” in the promo code box you will get 15% off

I word the tesco maximum support sportz bra for the first 6 weeks now I live in the.nike dri fit sports bras, fantastic support im 15 month po but live in sports bras coz I live for the gym and training lolxx

I would def recommend looking at Royce too, I have a Royce now and really wish I had it from the beginning! They give a nicer shape than the macom for daytime under clothes, I sleep in mine too, as for sports bras I got them from everywhere buand the comfiest I found was tescos high impact xx

Also might be worth giving your nurse a call, when I went for my post op week visit she said that some surgeons were not recommending macom anymore but she didn’t say why! So maybe just double check? X
