Bras! 32D :)

Just wanted to share my excitement of buying a 32D sports bra! Haha! Went to M&S today to get my extra high impact bra as my macoms are making my nipples sore.
This is so much softer and comfier and gives such great support

I’ve just bought a m&s sports bra so I’m glad they’re so comfy!

Thanks Daisy! I actually think I need a bigger size I put it on at home and started to feel a bit too tight! I’m not complaining though haha!

Any other front fastening bras other than m&s and macom????

How long do you actually have to wear the surgical bra for I’m 9 days post op but it’s making my nipples hurt is this a good time to move on to sports bras

Hey Emma, do you have a macom I’m having the same problem with it. I’d suggest you get one of these ones they’re so much comfier and softer on your nipples. You can wear this one now if you want xxx

I actually got mine of amazon I think it’s the same as a macon it’s crushing me I put a sports bra on for the first time last night and it felt so much better I’m super tender and it’s really helped I go in for my post op on Tuesday if they say I can’t wear a sports bra il have a look at getting something els thanks for the tip xxx

I think that’ll be okay though, cos my nurse at my pre op told me to get the zip one instead of the macom but I already had the macom xx
