Bras and pillows

My surgeon Dr Adamo says you dont need to wear a bra, but im kinda confused. Are there any other good bras except the macom bra, as Im alrady havin my op on Wednesday and think its too late to order one for that…(plus am nega skint now that paid extra 500 for Ispira soft touch…)

Also, do u really have to sleep upright?? For how long? Do u need like a neck pillow or something? CAnt believe Im so confused and nervous lol XXX

I have a marks and spencer sports bra amazing! £20. i wouldnt see my vpillow made any difference atall i slept upright with like 4 pillows as its to sore to lie flat or on ur side. However i managed o sleep on my side for around 2hours last night then woke up in pain. Im 7days post op btw. xxxx

Hey I ve found the sports n post op bras at asda good that’s what I am wearing n half the cost .. They range from £4 to £8 … There were the bras my nurse told me were good … Hope that helps xxx

Oh cool, did u have unders or overs babe n are urs high profile? Yours look great, cheers for sharing pics! Hows ur healing? Im having overs, think the healing is a little quicker with overs but am expecting a few lonely night sitsleepin on the sofa hehe x

Hey chick my are under and I ve suffer more than others but the mya nurses have been fab , I ve had extra follow up appointments with them n they are all ways on the fone seeing how I am .. I did have to have another week off work to … Still are sore as well … I hope I can help … This forum is great for that xx

hi pbeebee i totally agree with thevaughan about this forum, if it wasnt for this id be so clueless and feel totally alone. really good to hear it from girls who have actually gone through it and not sugar coating the pains and sight of sutures etc. wer all nervous and will be in pain whichever level, but it doesnt feel as serious when u know theres hundreds of others going through it too at same time xx

ps with regards to bras and pillows sorry i have no idea wont get mine done til 4weeks times
