i am 12 days post op and my boobs are still hard, im starting to worry after reading about capsular contraction etc ;-( should my boobs still be hard ? should i be massaging them ? xx
hi hun….i’m 4 weeks post op and mine still wnt budge much and are hard….yes its perfecly normal. dnt massage them unless your PC tells you to.
last week i was told to just gently rub the oil in a downwards motion to settle the implant into the pocket as i had unders, but you have to be very gentle x x x
thanks mandy, i had overs and a few people who i know had their boobs done av said i shud be massagin them daily to soften and help prevent capsular contraction etc.x but unsure.xx
i have a capsular an it is good to gently massage your breast not only does it prevent cc from happening it helps the breast tissue to soften i would wait till after your post op tho girls give them time to settle x
