Hi I am considering a breast augmentation I have 2 children which I breast fed and I have lost some fullness, I have a droop of 23cm and wear a bra of 32/34/D I want the upper pole fullness back but also want them to appear lifted I dont want to get a lift as I dont want the scars…. Anyone had a similar situation and had good results with a BA I would appreciate their advice.

Hiya, emilyjane was the same as you, she didn’t want the scars of an uplift so just had implants, so you’d be best off talking to her. I had both uplift & ba, I’m not to fussed about the scars as seen lots of pics on ere n the scars look fab in a short space of time xxx

    Menu

Thank you so much for replying, I just want to make sure im making the right decision and get the best results xx

    Menu

Have u been advised an uplift? If u look back on here there’s a thread about it somewhere were this topic came up before. Mite of been 2 weeks or so ago xxx :D

    Menu

Went to a couple of surgeons who said I was borderline for an uplift but i would get a good result from a BA they recommended 400cc overs as I have breast tissue but have lost the fullness, I haven’t been for a consultation with MYA yet but I think I will make one.I don’t want to end up with just bigger saggy boobs…

    Menu

Well yeah that was wat was Bein said on the previous thread, I can’t comment as I don’t know but everyone was saying to have the uplift as Itl save thousands in the long run xxx

    Menu

Hi Charlie, do you have an pre-op pics hun? My pre-op and post op pics are up if you want to have a nosey at mine too. Don’t be afraid of the scars hun, they really are NOT that bad and tbh who is going to see them anyway other than someone who loves you and probably thinks your were fine pre-op anyway. They look scary as hell the first few weeks, ya nipple almost looks fake lol but they even out and fade so well. Good luck what ever you decide chic. xxx

I had an uplift and implants 7 months ago and although I was scared about the scars I dont have any regrets at all….my scars are hardly visible now! I always knew I needed an uplift but in all honesty, had I been ‘borderline’ I would still have gone with the uplift! Good luck with your decision x

Hi Charlie, all the girls on here give great advice and really help you!

I put a post up about the same situation as you and the girls all gave their opinion, I went to my first surgeon with Mya and he said I’m borderline and should have uplift, I then got my head around having uplift thanks to all the girls sharing fab pics of scars etc.

My aunt then told ne I should have at least one more opinion to be sure , I then went to another Mya surgeon and his exact words were “serena you do not need an uplift, you may never need one” so I have decided to have the ba now and I know I will need an uplift at some point down the line if i want them very pert and I will have it then for sure.

I know it’s two lots of money but what the hell , u can’t take it with you.

I am currently a 34/36 b ( can’t stand tight bras) and will let u know how i got on. Op on 11 nov.

Good luck and def get 2 opinions xxxx

It’s hard to make the right decision for you but you will xxx

Hi Charlie. One surgeon said I may need a uplift. Another said I don’t need one! I didn’t want the scaring at the age of 19 and I didn’t want the uplift. I’m VERY happy with my result. They are not saggy at all. They are perfect for me. I love them.

I will private message u and u can see for yourself m results.

    Xxx

Charlie ur nipples should be 21 not 23. l had breast uplift with implants with mr seno hospital group! l had it done in april the scars are hardly visable! l dont want to have my boobs done again in 5 yrs time because with implants they will droop again! Bless u for worrying but l was the same worried but now im 38 with perky boobs and loving them xx

    Menu

ps u need to make sure u find a good surgeon. my surgeon stitched from inside and not outside, so my nipples look like they were glued on if that makes sense. xx

At the end of the day everyones decision is their own, you are always going to get uplift girls like myself & vicky (to name just a few) trying to reassure you about the scars etc, but I agree with vicky, I would have been mortified if I’d have chosen just an implant only to have them sag in a few years time to the point I need an uplift after all!

It really is a personal choice Charlie although I have to say I recently saw a picture of someone who was advised by her surgeon to have an uplift and she went against her surgeons advice and had a big implant instead – her breasts look horrific :( hopefully this situation is rare though x

    Menu

Xxjoxx , that will probably be me lol ! If they look awful I promise to put my pics up for all to see ! To be honest I hope mr Singh is true to what he says but we will see…

Put me in a room of mad women and I’ll fight my way out , give me a decision to make and I’m shit lol !

    Boobs are hard work!! :)

Yep Jo AND her surgeon was Mr Singh, sorry to add fuel to the fire. xxx

Mind you Who am i to say that? If somebody has £3850 to spend for a quick fix then wants to pay again in 3years,If that To get the uplift with new implants Instead of having it done From the start thats up to them.It just doesnt make sense to me x x

    Lol!! That’s me f&&&ed then!!

Thanks Tina , girls there’s no fuel at all , and if they don’t look right after I will say to myself, well u have to have the uplift now u silly cow- it’s just money.

If they get saggy with age, then that’s just age.

I don’t need a 500 + implant to fill out lots of skin I just need a little volume, I’ve never had big boobs and honestly don’t think they are saggy.

There obviously not where they were when I was 18 but I’m 29 now .

Uplift girls- bloody good on u for seeing to the job on one go, u all look gorgeous!

I will try my luck at no uplift and if it fails , try again xxx

I was borderline case for uplift. I was horrified at the idea of anchor scars women like Jo and Tina helped me to overcome the idea and it became a no brainer as if I got implants then I’d likely have to come back later for a lift!!!!!! I am pleased I got both!!!!! My scars are fading fast !!

    Menu

I didn’t even think about the scars, n wen I did I looked at Jo’s & anchovies n realised they’re not all that bad anyway! My pc had hers done in January n she showed me her scars on thurs n they look mega! Unless ur gonna b walkin about everywhere wi ur tits out then a few faint scars arnt gonna b a problem!xxx

Amanda I was horrified when I first had my dressings removed, I cried and felt physically sick! I ended up keeping my steri strips on for longer than I needed to, purely because I couldn’t stand to look at them…..as soon as I got the balls to take them off and keep them off they started to heal at a massively fast rate, you can notice the difference in my pics :) and I agree totally, unless your walking around with your hooters out who is gonna see the scars anyway xx

I know! Lol Haha you are funny Amanda. My boobs kept flopping out of my bra it was really embarrassing. But now oh baby!!!! They are hot!!!!!!!!!! Xxxx clinical scars are so quick to fade. I was worried as I have a lot of scars already from a car crash and I didn’t want more. I’m not worried now my scars are 12 weeks and look better than my 18 year old crash scars ;)

I love you hush….so honest and genuine….And you are so right, I’m getting fed up with it too…..but I’m getting more pissed off at the fact that when I try and reassure someone regarding the scars, certain people think I am ‘telling’ them what to do which is complete bollox…it’s as though people are saying ‘urghhhh, if you have uplift scars then you must be disfigured’…x

Lmao at the “if u have loadsa money just do it” comment. The worst advice ive seen on this forum. Its fkn surgery girls jesus christ!!! It aint about money just do it properly in the first place, if u need it do it.

Ive seen some horrific results from people that ignored a competant surgeons advice and instead just had a big implant whacked in and they look….well seeing is beliving put it that way.

Seriously huni dont put yourself through this more times than you really need to, have the uplift and dont be worried about the scars….jo’s boobies are awesome xxx

Mmmmm….slightly off topic, but my KFC is delicious…. ;) lol xx

    Menu

I was borderline girls! If I wanted a smaller implant I would of had a uplift as well. But because I wanted a bigger implant and unders Mario was happy that I would get the results I wanted without a uplift too. I’m not sure if I’m going to have any more children, in which case, I want to have the option of being able to breastfeed again. Yes I will probably need a uplift in the future, but I will cross that bridge when I get there. Have more consultations with different surgeons. Get their opinions as well. That may help your decision xx

    VERY good point hush!!

Aww Jo that’s mean, I’ve been livin off dust since I came outta hospital Tryin to loose the 7lb I put on!!!xxx
