Breast band

anyone been wearing a breast band and then started wearing sports bra/macom bra? I’m in agony when i put a bra on now, my boobs dont want to move together ! anyone else had similar ??

I wore breast band and my macom/sports bra at the same time for 2 weeks x

ive only had mine done four days ago.. and ive been told ive to wer the breast band for 2weeks befor the bra . a just wana wer a soft bra to keep them covered x

What is the breast band? i just got told the nurse was ordering me one! :S xx

Have a look at my pics Jon, it’s a band you wear across your chest to keep the implant in place and support your muscle. My nurse told me not to wear bra at the same time as the bra pushes up and band pushes down to keep implant in its pocket.

My nipples are so sore from rubbing on clothes!! Trying to do what the surgeon says but do tempted to start wearing a bra for a few hours a day, feels weird walking outside with no bra on :-0
