Breast band advise!?

How tight does the breast band need to be? It was so tight yesterday that I had to undo it slightly but don’t want that to effect my new additions!! Also my macom braid slightly to tight Nd rubs a bit can I undo it for a bit or do I need to keep it on constant only had my op Friday xx

Hey chick the band has to be tight if it’s digging into your skin put some cotton pads under it xx
