breast band help

Hiya girls dont know if anyone can help my surgeon said i need a breast band when he came to see me after my op hadnt mentioned it before so when i went for my 1 week post op with the nurse i mentioned this to her she ordered me one and it came today with no instructions!!! so how tight do i wear it anyone know?

From what i’ve heard you have to wear them very tight, the idea is to push your implant down with them so i guess you wear it across the top of your chest. If you go on the sofeminine web site there are a few girls on there that had to wear them.

Or of course give your nurse a ring i’m sure she’ll be able to advise you on what to do x

Hiya girls thanks so much finally spoke to the nurse at mya after a 5 hour wait good job it wasnt a emergency lol.

aparently sometimes the surgeon decides when he does your op that you need the band so now i have it on doesnt feel very comfy but oh well as long as it helps. Shes is going to ring me back after speaking to my surgeon and let me know how long i have to wear it for i will let you know what she says.

just spoke to the nurse and my ps says i have to wear the band 24/7 for 6 weeks!! i have only had it on a day and its killing me, hope the pain wears off a bit once im used to it, otherwise im not looking forwards to the nexy 6 weeks.
