breast enlargement

l had my enlargement done on the nhs six years ago.after treatment one of my breast went really hard but they said that was normal but it became uncomfortable and sore at times ,so after five years they said l could have it done again and did but it just went the same way l just feel horrible and wondered if by going privite would it help ,l just dont like being like this.
