Breast Enlargement or uplift?

I went to see a surgeon for transform last year & he said i needed an uplift, i hate the thought of the scars im only 19 Ive lost nearly 4 stone in weight! Personally me & my boyfriend dont think they are that “saggy” but i do have quite thin skin around the top as i had streched marks that have now gone.

Can people tell me their storys & add me if they got told they needed an uplift but had just an enlargement, also if u have pics. Im scared im going to make the wrong choice as i reeeeeeally dont want an uplift but then when my ops over i dont want to regret it and still have saggy boobies! Im seeing Dr.Marion on 16th april, but im scared shes going to say the same!

Hi Lucy i was the same as you and just went with implants and 9 months on i had to have an uplift due to them sagging and just having a bigger saggier version of what i had in the first place, if you are advised to have an uplift also i personally would go with their advice as they are the experts. I know an uplift sounds daunting but 10 months on my scars have healed and faded so much and i have got very pert full boobs that hopefully will last me a very long time before i need a re op.

Everyone on here has very different views on what you should do but there are so many lovely girls on here that showed me pictures of fantastic uplifts where you can see hardly any scaring , if i were you i get get maybe see a couple of surgeons and look at loads of pictures and take your time to decide whats right for you , good luck! x

Hey Hun I was the same, was told I would need uplift due to losing over 3 stone! Mr c was willing to put large implants in instead of a lift but mario disagreed and said I would deff need uplift or I’d end up with massive saggy boobs, I’m also worried about scars but they will fade and hardly be noticeable eventually! All I can think about is having perky boobs so I’m trying to put the thoughts of scars to the back of my mind! Which surgeon are you going to see? Maybe go see a couple and go from there xx

Uplift. Mr Traynor said defo not. Maybe nipple lift. I ended up with no nipple lift and very full pert boobs.

So I think always get second opinion.

hey lucy, i was adviced a full lift by mario, and like u was so worried about scarring but went ahead in the end and now have pert full boobs, which had i just gone with bigger implant i dont think i wud have got or maybe it wouldnt have lasted long. im 3 weeks post op today, feel free to add me. Catherine, you are right that mario does seem to do alot of lifts, nipple lifts, but he told me its cos shape and long term results are whats imp to him and givin a lift is most likely to achieve this. But then i hear about girls like you who got a great result without a lift and realise that cant always be true! Its a decision u need to be very sure about whichever way you go xx

Hi I had full uplift the lolipop lift just no cut under my boob am so happy with everything I have massive pert boobs 6 weeks po on sat I have lots of pics so feel free to look xx
