breast enlargement, which size and position

hi im currently researching about having a breast enlargement but don’t have a clue on what the sizings mean im currently a 36E depending where I get my bras from, I am wanting my boobs to literally just sit there if that makes sense just so they don’t look saggy when not wearing a bra and so they look nice in a bra that’s not padded also to actually wear a non padded sports bra without my boobs looking horrible, I also want to tell that I have had them done but nothing too large x
