Breast Enlargement with Nipple Lift

I have slight tubular breasts and was advised by a surgeon that having a nipple lift and a enlargement would help. I am currently a 36 b and have one breast that is slightly bigger then the other. It was also mentioned by other surgeons about have a full uplift , which I don’t think I need or want. Has any one had a nipple lift with an enlargement and could share their experience or picture.
