Breast implant exchange – downsize

Hi ladies, i am looking to have my 500cc implants replaced to 180-300cc may be but i am not sure on size yet. Reason behind they are too big for my frame, feel uncomfortable to do anything physical, clothes dont fit right.
Has anyone had it done. Would love to see before and afters. Would appreaciate any advise or recommendation. Curious about the cost before i book consultation. Also which implants have softest feel?
