breast messaging question

how many of you were told to do breast massaging? and how long after post op were you told to start this from? and also how do u do this? my surgent never mentioned anything about massaging them x im just 2 weeks post op under muscle, muscle slightly tender still

oh and forgot to mention still a bit hard so dont want to course any pain or problems

Hi.. I haven’t been told either .. I asked him when I was 3 weeks PO .. and he said just when I am using biooil from top to bottom and not very hard.. mine are over the muscle

My surgeon told me to massage twice a day every day for the rest of my life! That’s a little overwhelming. He said to move the implant to the top, hold for ten seconds and then repeat with the other three sides of both breasts. I had unders though. Don’t know if that makes a difference..

Only massage if you have smooth implants. Not textured x
