Breast Reduction….

I am considering having a breast reduction im a 36G at moment and my breast are really heavy and really saggy, when u have a reduction do they uplift them too to make them less saggy? x

I’m in need of a breast reduction surgery… I’m a 32F. I feel that my breast size actually hinders my physical capabilities (and being in the military, I need to be quite physically fit). Not to mention it’s near impossible to actually find a good bra.
