Breast uplift

Hi,

anyone had a breast uplift could you please tell me about the drains thry put in i wasnt aware of this and am now quite nervous!! do they hurt when they take them out.

and does it hurt having stiches removed. x

Hi! I’m now just over 2 weeks post-op and had an uplift and a ba. I didn’t have any drains, just dressing and stiches! I had my dressings taken off and stiches checked yday. No brusing whatsoever, the stiches are disolvable and are nearly out. Just got some “scabs” (to be expected) under both boobs, but apart from that, they’re fine!!!! Check with your pc about what type of stiches you’ve got and get some advice on the “drains” for peace of mind.

Oh right so you didnt have drains, i need to look into this more they said it would be a overnight stay as ou need to have drains, which made me nervous. i hope i could have disolvable stiches too.

No im having uplift and ba, what was you before and what size implant did you have if you dont mind me asking. x
