breast uplift and lipo

hi, everyone i have my uplift booked for dec 22nd withh mr traynor in manchester. i am also interested in having some lipo has anyone had both these procedures and could shed some light for me dont want to waste an extra 3grand if i wont see the benefits. thanx x
