breast uplift or enlargement after breastfeeding?

Hi All, I went to a consultation with the Harley group today about getting a breast enlargement.I have just finished breastfeeding my fourth child so as you can imagine my breasts are sagging:(The nurse said I was borderline on needing an uplift aswell as an enlargement to make them back all pert but I cannot afford the 6grande she quoted.She said if I didn’t have an uplift I would need further surgery in the future.I have my mya consultation tomorrow so will see what they suggest but i wondered if anyone else was told they would need an uplift aswell as enlargement and if they did have both or just enlargement?Thank you for help,Sonia

Hi hon, I breastfed my baby and was told by 3 different surgeons I needed an uplift to my left breast. However, when I went to my PS I was told that a larger implant would lift it. I didn’t like the idea of scars on just one breast so I went with her recommendation. I had 410cc HP unders. If I need an uplift later in life, I’ll worry about it then but for now I dont need it.

Hi Happywomble.I saw MYA today for my initial consultation.The lady said I would probably need an uplift if my nipple was more than 21cm lower from my coller bone-I have yet to find my blimming tape measure!!At the mo I think it would just be my left breast needing an uplift, I never considered that maybe just one would need it.Can I ask what breast size you were before and after?How long did you wait after you finished breastfeeding till you had the op?Mya said 6weeks if my milk totally gone but Harley said definately not for 6months.We can’t really afford this op so I am really hoping I can just have implants but am worried they will sag heavily.i want to be at least a DD cup after op.Thanks for your reply:)
