Breast uplift with implants

Hi guy,
I’m 5ft 5, between a size 6/8 and currently a cup size B/C. I have my surgery booked in for a later on this month. I’m going for 315cc. I did think that I wanted to go slightly bigger but my surgeon did not agree.

Anyone have similar sats to me and won’t mind showing picture?
