Breast uplift with or without implant I need info/advice and pics? x

Please can you add me, I need info/advice and pics?

I want an uplift but cant decide if i should have implants as well or not. I’m a saggy/empty 34DD atm but dont really want them much bigger, just want them to be pert again.

Hey hun add me if u like. I had pip implants and they went saggy after 4years but I did also loose some weight. I’ve just had an uplift and bigger implants put in my surgeon is fab and great with his scar work I’m only 3 weeks post op. And my scars healing nicely xxxx
