Breast uplift without implants … help!

Hi,

Going for my initial consultation tomorrow and so nervous! I want an uplift without implants can anybody help? If it’s not too cheeky has anyone got any photos? How much does it effect your confidence? Do your breasts get any smaller? I’m going to MYA at Holborn London … Has anyone been here and if so what surgeon did you have? Any help advice welcome.
